Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) represent a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Player,” or “you”) and LEADPEAK PTE. LTD. (“LEADPEAK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Singapore.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any game, mobile application, or service published by LEADPEAK (collectively, the “Services”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our Services and uninstall our applications immediately.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf prior to your use of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any connected platform accounts (such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games). You agree not to transfer, sell, or share access to your game account without our prior written authorization.

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, LEADPEAK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, artwork, characters, animations, storylines, code, audio, and visual assets associated with our games are and remain the exclusive property of LEADPEAK PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any game content without prior express consent.

Our games may offer virtual currency, coins, boosts, hints, or cosmetic items (“Virtual Items”) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased using real currency through official platform app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency, goods, or services outside the game.
• All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable mandatory consumer laws or app store platform policies.
• LEADPEAK retains the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our discretion without liability.

To preserve a fair and safe community for all players, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, hacks, mods, or exploits to alter gameplay or gain unfair advantages.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any LEADPEAK application.
• Interfere with or disrupt game servers, networks, or connected services.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or threaten other players or customer support personnel.
• Engage in unauthorized commercial activities or secondary market trading of game accounts or items.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LEADPEAK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADPEAK PTE. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LEADPEAK IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD $50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Singapore, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue thereof.
